I make mine in the pan I roast the chicken in.Just add plain flour to the pan after you drain the fat off,pour in cold water & mix the flour to a paste then I add the water that I cook the green vegies in.If it needs more salt or flavour add a chicken stock cube.

Ingredients:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. turkey drippings or melted butter 2 c. water
2 tsp. bouillon granules, chicken flavored
Cooking Instructions:
In a skillet, combine flour and turkey drippings (or butter). Cook and stir until brown. Stir in water and bouillon. Cook and stir until thickened.
Additional Comments:
You can subtitute ingredients above to make brown gravy.
