What are some good things to cook in a toaster oven?

Anything and everything :) We use it to reheat pizza, toast bread and bagels, you can make open faced grilled cheese sandwiches really quick in there. Frozen taquitos, chicken nuggets or bagel bites are great or make a quick little loaf of garlic bread. We use ours all the time and don't own a toaster anymore, no point. If you would toast it or put it in the oven you can cook it in there. Just in smaller quantities than in an oven.

Nothing really greasy and keep it clean. My brother heated frozen fried foods in his and perhaps he should have kept an eye on his toaster oven. The grease caught fire inside his oven one day when he was baking previously frozen fried chicken. He pulled the plug and rushed out the back kitchen door with the unit, set it down and the fire burned itself out.

We use ours primarily as a toaster but I have to clean the unit because of bread crumbs.

open faced sandwiches come out great in those- patty melt, tuna melt, any type of deli meat with cheese on top. Frozen pizza, pizza rolls, bagel bites, hashbrowns, eggrolls are great too- come out crispy and heats up faster and uses less power than the oven. Use the little trays so you don't make a mess. Line the trays with aluminum foil and it's even easier.

Slice a french bread loaf, put a little Italian dressing and slice of mozzerella and some basil on top - watch until cheese bubbles and a little brown. You can also put a little cooked or rotisserie chicken on it and diced Roma tomatoes. Once it comes out.

you can make pizza bagels just put sauce and cheese on a bagel and some peperoni or whatever

seeing as how your not the brightest crayon in the box i would suggest starting with toast
