Blonde or red hair? **Pic**?

Question

So I already have bleach to do my hair but after a while I was thinking about red (kinda like Cat's hair from Victorious). I know bleach is really damaging so I was thinking red wouldn't be as bad.
What color do you think would match? Im not planning to do it right away, maybe a month or so (I want my hair to grow a bit more) and I want one or the other because Im tired of my hair clashing when I wanna try a different style of clothing thats kinda girlier I guess you could say. I'd say neither. Just get some highlights in to liven it up a bit. About red being better, maybe not, red tends to fade easily which will leave you with a dull colour which means you may end up dyeing it often to keep a vibrant colour. 
I'd say just get some blonde highlights in as your hair is already a light colour.

I would say like an Emma Stone or Victoria from The Twilight Saga red. Then you should curl your hair in random parts. That would look stunning on you.

BLONDE! ahaha really :) if you had red hair you'd kinda look like a cartoon character in my opinion :) red hair looks cute on people with freckles and that stuff, you'd look really nice as a blonde though :D
