can i upgrade my phone?(verizon wireless)?
i have a env touch and i want to upgrade to a droid incredible but my contract didnt expire yet but its been past a year so can i upgrade?

You are free to upgrade your phone when ever you want.
The catch? Since you're only half through the contract you're not eligible for the 2-year contract price. You will have to pay the full price, which is currently $529.99.
Sometimes they'll allow you to get the contract price if you extend your contract another 2 years. However, you wouldn't be allowed an upgrade for 3 years so it's definitely not worth it.
