I have an error that keeps popping up.?

I have Windows, and whenever I try opening up the user control panel it says Internet Script Error and it won't let me close the window that opens. I'm getting VERY frustrated, is there anyway to fix it? I'd REALLY appreciate it!

I'm not sure if you tried the malware, spyware, root-kit approach but I'm sure you might have by reading your question.

If not...boot into Safe Mode and try each of these fixes (to enter safe mode...press F8 several times after you start your computer..before the windows logo shows)

1st method is the most effective virus, malware, spyware eliminator...but also the one that requires all programs to be shut down...including your anti-virus.....if you have AVG installed...it may need to be un-installed to run this program as it requires the full attention of Windows to seek out any unnecessary activity while its running. its very important you download this free program from the right place, as there is many virus programs using the same name. Download Combofix and it will install an icon on your desktop...it will take about 30 minutes to run if all your programs are turned off. It will scan and count to 50 then give a printout of all the effected files. Make sure you download from the BleepingComputer.com only...

After Combofix is done...... download and run these two free programs to kill the last of the nasties....

    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50

    SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition 4.46.1000

Make sure you update each program and run them in the Full scan mode.

    Cheers
