Little bumps on my cheeks?

For the past couple of years I've had little bumps on my cheeks. They're really small and "pointy" so they don't really pop like zits. The bumps aren't noticeable from a far but when you get closer you can see that they are slightly red and form what looks like a "rash" on my cheeks?

How should I treat this? It sounds like a job for an exfoliator but, like I said, I've had this for a few years and...

Update:

I'm not too sure if it's eczema, because they're not really dry patches or anything.

My mom has eczema on her fingers so I know what that looks like, but you could be right

Had that too ,very common!:D Get some microscrube soap or the "wave" (which you can get at walgreens) helps too. And get some eczema lotion like cortizone brand. And most importantly don't pick at them. Hope this helps, if not see a doctor or dermatologist.

It could be herpes of the mouth ( that you could have got from kissing someone with an open breakout , sharing drinks with someone with an open breakout, or other stuff).. Or just acne...
