First Seed/Homefield Advantage throughout is still between three teams - Falcons, Saints and Bears, in that order.
If the Falcons win, they win the South and are the #1 seed.
If the Falcons lose (to the Panthers!) and the Saints win, the Saints win the South and are the #1 seed.
If the Falcons lose to the meager Panthers, the Saints lose to the Bucs, and the Bears beat the Packers, THEN the Bears would be the #1 seed - but its a very tall order.
Atlanta and New Orleans both play the noon game. The Bears play the late game; so they will know if they have a shot at the #1 seed by the time they play (but the chances are slim).

The Falcons and Saints would have to both loss for the Bears to get the number 1 seed in the NFC. That is not going to happen though because there is no way that the Falcons are going to lose to the dead last Panthers at home this weekend.

Atlanta hasn't clinched their division yet. If the Falcons lose, and the Bears win then the Bears would be the #1 seed. But if the Saints win as well, then the Saints would be the #2.

Da Bears. They already discussed this scenario during and after the game. They used the metaphor of waving a carrot in the face of Da Bears. Also they said that the saint would have to lose to the Bucs.

The Bears would have first seed. They would have an equal conference record, however the Bears have are undefeated in their division, while Atlanta has 1 loss in their division.
