Does anybody know where the video for "Everlong" by Foo Fighters was filmed?

I was hoping somebody might know where the beginning was filmed, when the screen is black and white, and the two guys are approaching the house. If somebody knows, please tell me, for some reason it's been killing me to find out, but I can't find any information! I did hear somewhere that it was an abandoned house in Toronto, but I don't know if that's right.

I Don't know to me it seems like they used some abandoned Homes I'm thinking the neighborhood from the 50's where all the houses look the same. I attempted to find information. Sorry. Not certain my answer is correct.
