yes you are very pretty, use a light pink shimmery lip gloss, i think you are the kindof girl that looks better without eyeliner, but if you do really want to wear eyeliner, do a small line of brown eyeliner on the top lid and *MAYBE* a line of brown on the inside of the bottom eye, and a light shimmery color of eyeshadow but not yellow, pink, or blue. more like green or purple or maybe a dark shimmery eyeshadow. hope I've helped :)

3: for lips try a peachy lipstick or gloss eyeliner definatly go with dark brown brown to make your blue eyes stand out more but do a thin line and only top, and eye shadow do a very pale golden color, other alternitaves black eye liner and light brown-gold eye shadow
