Unfortunately nothing you can do will absolutely start labour, it's a waiting game, it will start when mother nature and baby decide.

All self inducing options are "tries" only, they will not work if your body is not going into labour anyway.

Your best option, instead of looking for ways to induce labour prior to 40 weeks is to look for ways to find comfort :) Let baby be and come when ready, we all experience the back ache, braxton hicks, pain and discomfort in the last few weeks, but bubs is worth it.

Try finding ways to relax, to ease your aches, positions that make it easier for you, even being on all fours takes pressure of your cervix and back for a little while. Positional changes will change where the weight is taken on/in your body allowing you some ease.

It's all part of pregnancy and we all go through it, once, twice, oh so many times.

You are almost there, congrats, your body is going along fine and doing what it is suppose to. It shouldnt be too long, you have max 4 weeks left for baby to finish developing, you've lasted this long, 4 weeks is nowhere near the length you have gone so far.

Good luck, all the best, your little bundle will be in your arms before you know it.

Try and rest up, you cannot be told enough lol, when baby arrives, your sleep and energy are zapped even further, so rest up whilst you can.

Honestly there is nothing that will be a sure fire put you into labor. You need to wait it out. The best thing you can do is find something that keeps to comfortable. Try sitting on a YOGA ball. Maybe having the pressure of the babies head in a different position will help with the pain and pressure. If you find something that makes you more comfortable while waiting, you can NEVER have too much of a good thing.
