One Shoe Fits

My ''Mother in-law" has been going down a slippery slope for awhile now. She has never had a wonderful relationship with her son (my husband) and things took a turn for the worst after our daughter was born.

When i got pregnant she was already in the middle of a mid-life- crisis and after my daughter was born she got into a bad car accident and is now on disability. She can't ''work'' (although there are jobs out there i know she can do) and she is on a lot of pain medications. The pain meds make her CRAZY. She has been more than mean to me (and my family). She has sent my husband the meanest texts messages when she doesn't get what she wants from him and she even told him to file for custody for our daughter and kick me out of the house.

She is obviously mentally ill and her back is supposed to be messed up so she has not been allowed to be alone with our daughter and that really upsets her. Her depression has taken over her life and she has her other son so trained that he does everything for her and has taken his life away (he is only 22). She resigned her lease to an apartment that she can't afford and now is being ''kicked out'' <-- i don't know if she is actually being kick out that'st thats just what she told my husband]]. I was told she makes over $1000 a month on disability and her son also helps pay but they have no money. She sits around smoking weed all day making her other son do everything for her. She even kicked her other son out of the house once and forced him to come live with us-- we only had a 2 bedroom at the time so we moved into a more expensive place just to have her other son move back with her 3 weeks later. She hasand she has also attempted suicide once and ''cried wolf'' suicide for attention and to get what she wants from her sons. SHe also said she had a ''heart attack'' and was in the hospital but by the time my husband was able to leave work and get there (a matter of maybe 3 hours) she was already released.

Now that she is ''out of money'' and ''filing for bankrupcy'' she is asking to come stay with us. My husband said it would be for no longer than 90 days but Im sure she would try and stay longer. Especially since his brother was under the ansumtion that her move here would not be temporary. I was blind sided by all of this 2 days ago and the final decision is up to me and I have to make the decision this weekend since ''they have to be out''. I don't want to make my husband chose between us. I feel like this whole situation could have been prevented. I also feel like there is a lot of lies around this situaion. She spent her money friviously and now has none and I am paying for it. In ths nicest way possible this women is C R A Z Y and H A T E S me. She feels i took everything from her. She has been begging him to come and live here for over a year now.

My husband and I have been together for 7 and our daughter is 18 months old. We had plans to get married but she changed all that. My husband also does NOT have a 9-5 job. He is a manager at a popular local resturant and works crazy hours that vary each week (that includes 5PM-3:00AM). I am a stay-at-home-mommy so I would be with her 24-7. I feel like she has been planning this. He feels otherwise and just wants to help his mom out...

SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADIVCE and thank you in advance.

My 1 year old runs up to our entertainment stand and keeps turning my husbands XBOX 360 on and off several times during the day!

I tried talking sternly to her, telling her "NO" but she thinks it's a game! She wants you to chase her to it-- (She laughs when i say NO and get up to chase her before she can get to it). I tried ignroing it but she keeps doing it!

So today i started putting her in her room inside her pack-n-play with no toys for between 5-7 minutes... she hates it and she cries (duh), but will this get the point across or should I try something else??

My baby girl is now 4 1/2 months old and she has just stopped sleeping through the night! She use to go to sleep around 9 or 10 then sleep until 4 or 5-- eat a bottle and sleep until 8 or 9! she did this like clock work and she had no problems being away from me in her bed. Now sometimes she wont sleep unless i hold her so im stuck on the couch all night! She wakes up crying and once i have her soothed [[ she isn't hungry its only been about 2 hours since i put her down the first time she wakes up ]] she doesn't seem awake at all when she cries but i tried just leaving her there to put herself back to sleep and she just wakes herself up-- so i just soothe her and as soon as i lay her down after she starts snoring... the second i lay her down she wakes back up crying! then around 1 am she wakes up for anoher bottle then finally sleeps until 5 or 6 and then wakes up to eat again [[ she has always woken up around 5 or 6 ]] and goes straight back to bed until 8 or 9 am! i get so tired... idk what happend!

The doctors told me to wake up my 6 day old bundle of joy every few hours and try to feed her... Well today she isn't hungry at all and hasn't eaten anything, she wont breast feed or take it in a bottle. Im concerned but my mom tells me its fine... Is this normal? All she does is sleep like its the end of the world. PLEASE HELP

Okay-- I was due on the 12th and I had my membranes scraped [last monday] and that did nothing... I am scheduled for an induction on the 19th @ 6:00am. What can I expect in this situation-- this is my first baby and being induced makes me really scared and anxious!! Also I have had the poopys ALL DAY and LATE into the night [ it's 2:21 am here ] does this mean I could go into labor soon?

has anyone else been in this situation?? Please help me...

I made it to the finals in my league and I just need some opinions!!

We are on a salary cap point system of 300 points and I only have 8 transactions for the rest of the playoffs [[ meaning i only have 8 chances to switch players-- not 8 times to switch my whole team ]]

I HAVE to change my QB from Drew Brees -- I feel very good about using Tom Brady [[even though im NOT a PATS fan i think he's worth the 83 points ]]

I also need 2 new wide receivers and a tight end!!

The point is to pick people I think will go to the super bowl; staying in the longest not necessarily gaining the most points in one game-- if their team looses Im out a player.

Im so close to the end... my back is killing me, I have had contractions once... i have no energy at ALL. Im just ready to get her out!! Anyone have any adivce on how to cope with the pain of a huge baby moving around inside you?? Is anyone in this same situation with me?? What did you do besides walking or have sex to get your labor started??

Okay... to start. My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years [[we aren't married yet because both of our families had lots of marriage issues]] and his mother has never liked me! She never hid it either [[one Christmas while I was in the shower they opened presents and ate breakfast without me... so i came out to no presents and cold pancakes]]. It wasn't until we told her we where expecting that she has been all over me! She has been trying to be my best friend and acting like she never said or did rude things to me and I hate it! She constantly hints that she needs money -- even though she has a salary position at Starbucks and i just plain want her away from me. SHe is just one guilt trip after another... **Rolls eyes**

And don't get me wrong, I LOVE my grandmother but she is dependent and addicted to me. She always acts and treats me like a little girl... like I can't do anything on my own! We recently moved 2 hours away but before that she would do "drive-bys" at my work and home... she tries to take the grandmother postition away from my mom and I want it to be special for my mom because she is so far away from me [[and it hurts my mom's feelings]]. She is over protective and over bearing. She drives me nuts... she doesn't treat any of her other grandchildren that way. If i don't talk to her at least three times a week she claims I'm dead. Not to mention that she is getting too old to be driving that far and doing other things and it worries me... like she is trying to fill a void in her own life with me. I again feel so smothered.

My boyfriend and I have always kept to ourselves and we like it that way -- because our families are so crazy we kept a healthy distance. Now that we are having this baby they are down our throats and Im worried about what will happen when the baby finally comes. His mother claims to be moving to our town and that honestly scares the hell out of me! I know we will need help when our baby arrives but im scared that they wont go away when we want or they will just show up. His mom and my grandma said when we want them to go they will but his mom has already went back on promises with the baby [[and she hasn't even been born yet]] and I want MY mom to get the grandmother expierance and i want MY grandma to relax and just enjoy visits... UGHHH. it's so stressful. What do i do?

Im so sick of the stupid "AM I PREGNANT", "IF I HAVE SEX ON THIS DAY COULD I PREGNANT", AND "PERIOD OR PREGNANT" questions. There are so many i can't read the real questions. is there a way to just tell them all to go to the doctor or take a pregnancy test? Is there anything we can do about this Yahoo answers??

I don't ask anything of him in terms of house work other than taking out the trash and cooking every one in a while. I tell him it's bad for me and the baby and he still takes his sweet time. Instead of doing it everyday he waits until like 3 days... Sometimes I can't even go in there <being my noise is so sensitive>. It honestly hurts my feelings and he acts like a selfish spoiled brat when I bring it up!! We have been together for 6 years and he has never acted this way...please help

I an renting a laptop computer for the semester (while I save up for a new PC) because all my classes are online. The computer came in a box, like new with everything and every program correct! It has MS word 2007 office and student... I love it! It keeps asking me for a 25 digit code everytime I pull up a document and I can't find any paperwork for the program or the code itself!! Is there a way I can get a new code or download it from somewhere else?

I just got a laptop and it has 60days free on it but I HAVE to have the full version after the trial is over because im taking online classes and MS is the only software they will accept any work on... where can I get the conversion key for the full program for FREE?
