LADIES-- Im visiting Indiana & Chicago for the first time!! FASHION HELP?

Hi! Im Jess and Im 23 and my boyfriend and I are visiting his family and friends in Indiana (I'm meeting them for the first time) and we will also be spending some time in Chicago. We currently live in North Carolina so here's my problem-- Im not good with winter fashion it will be cold there-- we are going in october for 9 days
**where can i find great clothes to take on my trip (online?) at an affordable price

also I would like to find some boots that LOOK like ugg boots (I don't agree with them killing the sheep but i love there look)

Well as for Ugg boots don't buy them, they aren't fashionable according to the big designers, and you see 15 yr olds walking around with them, and skinny jeans, it's really just not cute and becoming sort of a bore to see it everytime you turn the corner. Buy yourself some nice leather boots nothing above the knees, with a comfortable heel for you to walk in. You'll look great walking around Chicago and you'll even impress his female family members maybe.

These are actually pretty affordable for VS, I think you'll look great in them, you're 23 beautiful I'm sure, and you want to look your age, sexy, smart, and fashionable. No UGG boots girl :) I took a vow that I'd never spend a dime on them, they just don't say, sexy, and fashionable. Maybe I'm going to the grocery store but not sexy, and playful.

:D Well.. my name is Chicago Beauty. Ill help u with Chicago's style ;]. In Chicago, People like to dress fun and flirty. Have a positive and upright attitude :). Ugg boots look REALLY cute with jeans. Maybe add a fur jacket and a cute scarf. Add some cute necklaces too :). Dress in long-sleeved shirts, and pants or sweatpants. Really cute style for the winter :). And as for Indiana, Wear the same thing i guess :P Ive never been to Indiana.

i live in indiana so theirs no need 2 impress. were mostly laid back and fashion isnt majorly important here. jeans and a nice top will b ok.
