If I get my ears pierced, will I need to have a stud in for a few weeks, or can I wear my own earrings?
When getting your ear pierced, do you need to have a particular style of earring certain period of time, or can you use any pair?
I've got a pair of diamond earrings that are a bit bigger and heavier than studs, so I was wondering if that'd cause a problem for my ears when they're freshly pierced.

you have to keep the earring you got it pierced with for 6-8 weeks if you try to change it, it will become very sore and it could get infected..this will cause more pain.they sell the earrings to you when you get them pierced.
