help me deal with corrupt cops?
People always say that most cops are not corrupt. In my experiences with officers, I was choke slammed and threatened to be thrown out a window etc for talking when they are talking or being "rude." My 15 year old brother once ignored a police officer when he talked to him and( he didn't do anything and was never convicted of any crime or declared a delinquent in any court, nor has he every been to court." Said officer grabbed my brother by the neck and held him against the wall, saying I am not your father, dont **** with me.I am 17 and the police department says you must be an adult to report the incident, my parents saw but they side with the police. They called the police on these occasions because of either my blatant intoxication or the aroma of marijuana. I was locked up in a juvenile detention center once and after this officer grabbed my brother by the neck, he joked saying you got raped in hickey, the name of the detention center here in baltimore, didnt you. No I did not get raped for those wondering, it doesn't happen either. Inmates were reluctant to even shower with each other and were disgusted with the fact of being forced too. In total it was three corrupt officers in the past who did things like this to me. When I turn 18, can I take legal action for things that happened over a year ago from the date of my 18th birthday?
What he said was you got raped in hickey didnt you, this officer knows how to get under my skin. If I ever saw one of these cops off duty i feel bad for their family.
And people do get raped, the statistics show this, but I have never seen it, or heard of it in real life. Do the research yourself. I'm a hairy, not good lookign very strong middle eastern guy too. People generally like feminine white boys. Even gay rapists have standards i assume.
Sure I can stay out of the system, but should I turn my back on all those who are in similar situations, like millions of people do every day?
I don't care much for it David, but i'm not going to get all worked up. The face that you support exertion of ILLEGAL and unnecessary force against 2 minors who were NOT ARRESTED or charged with any crime in said incident is beyond me. It is the job of the police to protect and serve the people. IIf you think these officers the constable who runs the department should not be punished for their actions, then you in my opinion are just as bad as them. If I don't stand up against this, then I might as well tell them it's ok. Baltimore police corruption is a well known fact. Do some research. Just two days ago on the news their was a video of 2 officers repeatedly punching and suspect in the face who was on the ground and clearly was not resisting arrest.
NO. I DIDN'T GET CAUGHT. When my parents called the cops, they searched me and my room and found no drugs. All they could do was try and intimidate me because they had no basis for an arrest.
What I do with my own body IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS or anyone else's. I should never have been in this situation in the first place.
No i'm not innocent. I know i'm not, but my brother is.
Man you are a moron. I didn't make any threat, I know the law and how to word what I say in a legal fashion. And you don't know me or what i am capable of.
I'm not some idiot, I come from a family of doctors and educated people. I myself am well educated and have a high IQ. I am top of my class and am not some punk.
EDDY LOOK IT UP. If you assault an officer on duty, it is assaulting a police officer which is warrant for an *** kickign and years in prison. An off duty cop is a CIVILIAN. AND AN IMPLIED THREAT IS NOT ILLEGAL. You know nothing of the law.

Someone is lying or a little punk.
You described nothing as far as being corrupt. At best you might say they used a little excessive force but even that doesn't describe much. Sounds like you are a bad apple. Drinking, drugs, etc.All at 17 years of age.
"If I ever saw one of these cops off duty i feel bad for their family."
Why does that matter? Any action you take against them you will still be arrest
ed for doing whatever to a police officer. The penalty will not be less. I hate "tough guys" who say I better not see you off duty. IT DOES NOT MATTER. You will get YOUR a$$ed kicked and possibly shot. Just admit you are too scared to actually do anything to them on or off duty. My suggestion s stop breaking the law and you will have little problems. Tell your 15 your old punk brother that when a police officer, or any adult for that matters, talks to him, he needs to stop and listen. Ignoring a cop is never a good idea. If they are speaking to you it is cause they have something to say.
By the way making threats against police are illegal. That is exactly what you have done here with thousands of witnesses.
Rach K: Ten points for you I am sure.
"Man you are a moron. I didn't make any threat, I know the law and how to word what I say in a legal fashion. And you don't know me or what i am capable of."
Your a 17 year old drunk and pothead who doesn't know $hit. You clearly implied a threat to a law enforcement official. Any judge will see and recognize this. There is no other way your lame attempt at being a tough guy could be read.
"you don't know me or what i am capable of."
Again not $hit. Except whining on YA like a little girl(My apologies to the little girls out there). Again if you were capable of doing something, you would have. On or off duty it makes no difference in the eyes of the law. You would know this if you "know the law"
Criminal internet tough guys are the worst.
Edit(two days later):I suggest you look up the law genius. You know this man is an officer of the law and you threaten him based on actions, right or wrong, he took as a police officer. Any retailiation will be looked upon as an assault on an officer since you knowingly threaten an officer. Uniform or not. It would be different if you assaulted a man before knowing he was a cop and he never ID's himself as a police officer. In that case, it would be looked upon as a regualr assault but, you know he is a cop and that is your reason, in part, for your idle threats.
A implied threat, especially against a government official, is illegal but hard to prove. Unless one is dumb enough to publically make such a threat with thousands of witnesses. You are not as smart or educated as you think you are.
Again though I would not worry about it. As I said. If you were actually tough enough to do something you would have instead of whining like a young female child. It would be a waste of the law's time prosecuting such a weak person.

You're in a lot of denial and trying to put blame where it shouldn't be placed. A lot of people (especially women) will remember situations and statements completely differently from what actually happened. You're also ignoring the fact that you did some illegal things, and probably leaving out a lot of stuff about how everything went down. You may have FELT victimized, but if there was a camera in the room and we saw video of it, everyone else would probably feel otherwise. Get in touch with reality.
Occasionally, police misconduct does occur. But police departments have protocol and devices to prevent misconduct or at least catch them if they do. That's why you saw video of officers. The fact is, you feel victimized from YOUR misconduct and you now label police officers as corrupt. Open your eyes and look in the mirror. Are you really that innocent?

Stay out of the system.
It's not hard. Millions do it daily. And yes, just because others are unable to stay out of trouble does not mean you must also. That is their problem and their issue to work out.
John has a point. Maybe its not the system that is at fault. look in a mirror.
Lastly, look at your responses to our info... If you have a difficult time accepting the majority of these answers. Then why did you post the question in the first place? It would seem that maybe you have a difficult time accepting the responsibility involved with some of these answers. And to be honest, I probably would too at 17. I know I wish I could kick my own a** for many of the bonehead decisions I made then.
Wait until you reach 28-29 or so. These issues are nothing in comparison to what you will deal with in the future. You'll smile at this one.

You're lucky you and your brother are still alive!
If your parents saw this and sided with the police, you must be giving them a lot of grief. How sad that you so little respect your parents and their effort they put into putting a roof over your head that they have to call the police.
Unfortunately, I would say that it is you and your brother who are corrupt. It is my fondest hope that you move from your parents home as soon as you turn 18. Perhaps your brother can leave town as well and move in with someone else.

Wow so you are only 17 and your brother is 15 and you have already had this many police contacts! Time to look in the mirror to find the problem

Here is how police frame innocent people as pedophiles, police will operate under the pretense of a sting operation, they use that pretense to recruit civilians into their operation!
Police will turn their targets family members against him behind his back and will coach those family members how to make their target appear bad on video surveillance cameras!
Police will take over surrounding apartments surrounding their target and put under cover officer's and civilian operatives in those apartments!
Police will use a volunteer officer that resembles their target to act as a double and will dress up like their target and stage crimes while dressed as their target while other officer's/civilian operatives will take side shots and back shots using photogenic cameras in order to build a false case against their target!
Police will spend several months to a couple years doing this, and it's all under the premise of THEM conducting a sting operation, when in fact it is the officer's themselves that are staging the crimes using doubles!
After police have fabricated enough evidence against their target they begin publicly pedofying their target with word of mouth accusations and will even order schools to print flyers about staged crimes committed by officer's and will use their targets description in the flyers!
Pedofying is cop slang for framing someone as a pedophile, they use that term, and news media ALWAYS joins in on the pedofying helping police to frame target!

Point blank cops think they can do whatever they want when they want, Some are ignorant fuckks and just because they have a uniform on and a badge on don't mean shyt. them being a Cop get to their heads, and they become men with high ego's. they shouldn't even be puting hands on people like that, they should show more respect regardless of what they person did.

If you're drinking and using dope at 17, you are the problem.
