A lateral move into Special Forces in the US Army would require you to attend SFAS where you prove you are worthy of service in Special Forces and then you would attend the SFQC. Depending on the MOS you select and the language training you receive, this training could be two years long and only after receiving the MOS training would you be fully qualified as SF. So it can be a long process. I don't recall how long SFAS and SFQC is, but you can look them up on line.

i have self assurance when you've served 18 months at your cutting-edge MO you could then move. you'll want to position on your move papers extremely early to be in a position of get into infantry. you should amplify your enlistment time period with the intention to move. it will be suitable to communicate for your fellow Marines as they ought to well known the present regulations.
