Buying a Car without a Title?
Ok, im buying a car without a title, its a 2010, and its zero`d out, which means it has never been used. I know it sounds crazy, and stupid but it`s a really good deal. The only reason I am having second thoughts about it is because I probably wont be able to sale it one day. Its really a lot to the story but I cant talk about it too much.Would I still be able to get insurance and a tag for my car without the title? Could you all please give me your thoughts about it. Like seriously a 2010 Camero for under 5 thousand dollar, thats definetly something you wouldnt want to turn down.
ok so if I get pullover by the cops and the run my car how could they trace it, if it has never been used? I dont understand how could the car be delineated?
I live in Mississippi btw.

You're wrong. It's something I'd definitely turn down. Without so much as a second's thought. The old saying, "If something seems too good to be true, then it probably is" is a fact in this case. The only reason a person would sell that car that cheap is because they either stole it or owe money on it and are planning on taking the money and running before the loan company can find them. Either way buying it would be the biggest mistake you could ever make. You can't register or insure it without a title and either the cops or the loan company or both are going to come looking for it. The only thing that car will do for you is make you a $5,000 loser.
ADDED: Well, since you can't register you'll either be driving with no plates or expired plates and WILL be pulled over. If there's no plates they'll tow the car and then do a VIN check. Once they do that you're going to need a very good lawyer to keep from going to jail for a long, long time. Same goes for expired plates. And the only thing worse than a jail in Mississippi is one in Mexico.

Woof! Good luck Maestro, you've got it all figured out. There are so many things that scream FRAUD to me I don't know where to start.
Zero'd out-what the hell does that mean? I've had two friends that sold cars at "real" car dealers and I was a cop for over seven years and I have never heard that term before. BS!
"Like seriously a 2010 Camero for under 5 thousand dollar, thats definetly something you wouldnt want to turn down." Oh yes I would! Can you say SALVAGE title and the guy has conveniently "lost" it. Or it's stolen with VIN plates changed.
"ok so if I get pullover by the cops and the run my car how could they trace it, if it has never been used? I dont understand how could the car be delineated?" They would check the VIN on the car, if there is one on the car. When they get the info back, no match found or it comes back to a Ford Fiesta, you'll get your answer and a whole lot more. Besides, you can't drive it without insurance, a bill of sale and/or a title. Get the picture?

Use your brain. A 2010 Camaro for $5.000? Are you seriously that dumb that you can't see that this is probably a stolen car?
You can NOT register or insure a car without a title. How will you get plates? If it is stolen, and the police stop you for any reason they will take the car away from you to return it to it's rightful owner. There goes you 5 grand. Even people from Mississippi can't be this stupid.

The absolutely free reverse vin check sites generally provide fake information. To get real information, money will have to be paid. The free searches provide fake information so they can get your email address to send spam.
Stay away from shady reverse vin check sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse vin check site like http://www.reversevincheck.net/ that has been around since 1995.

So is the 2010 Camero you speak of some sort of chinese ripoff of a Chevrolet Camaro?
Perhaps under $5,000 is the going price for a Camero.
The car probably doesn't exist. Just western union the money to the seller and find out how fast they ship it to you.
Or meet them in person, bring cash. Maybe if your lucky they won't kill you, just rob you.

With out a title in most states you can not register it.
There may be an exception in some state, but I am not going to look for where you would have to move to get a title for it, because the seller would have to move there too.
So, no- you will not be able to get plates and you may be found to be a receiver of stole goods or a party to theft by deception.

A Notary Protest utilizing The Notary Certificate of Default method is the most effective way to create evidence of your right to the title and maintain a good administrative record to affect the involuntary transfer of a motor vehicle title.

Dang it and I had him all primed. Next I was going to sell him the ocean front property I have in Minnesota. And I can get him one heck of a deal on the bridge in Brooklyn too, do you think I can still get him to bite on that?
Oh and I still have that line on a brand new Vette for sale, owner died in it, so I'll sell it for a grand since it smells bad, if anyone is interested in it.

Selling would not be your first problem, DMV will want to see your cert or title from the factory before they will register it.
And your insurance company will check the VIN and find something wrong, so you will never be able to insure it either.
So forget about it, unless you are already a criminal.

LOL..take vin # and do a car fax...
the police will have a stolen vehical report on it..
you cant register or insure it without title,,,it would make a nice planter for your front yard,,
