What do you get when you eat at McDonald's?

McDonald's has a reputation for serving unhealthy food but it really depends what you get.

I just drink water; no soda for me.

and if you don't get cheese on your sandwich that's a lot less fattening.

I don't think a McDonald's burger is all that bad.

A fast food burger is actually much less fatty than one from a slow food place.

Yes we agree the Angus wrap/burger newer item is very good with red onions etc. But I still LOVE the classic Big Mac.

It's not often, but in the morning it's a sausage McMuffin with egg. After 11 a.m. it's a Big Mac.

I rarely eat at McDonald's, But when I do I get a fruit and yogurt parfait.
