try disabling javascript or just check the "do not .....blah blah blah" box next time it pops up.
do you have other programs running while you're online?
how much RAM(main memory) do you have?
what CPU(P3,P4,Celeron, Duo core) do you have?
long story short, read the first line at top of this reply.
