Orbitz Question: For people who have used Orbitz?
Does anybody know if Orbitz actually works? What are the chances of them not giving you a seat when you already reserved it? I made a reservation for my dad, but after reading some articles about Orbitz being a fraud; I'm a bit nervous.

I always buy my tickets from Orbitz (6 times) , if anyone switches the seats it would be the airlines and not because of Orbitz.

thats because people are blaming orbitz for stuff that is beyond their control
if anyone change seating thats the airline do that and not orbitz doing that
