The person who sold us the phone asked if we wanted WiFi and we said no. Now I wasn't sure if that meant it would cost extra if we connected through our own internet.

Hi. My friend just bought a new laptop and at first it randomly goes to sleep and you just touch the mouse thing to get it turn back on (happens frequently). But now, it won't even turn on. It goes through those Window images in the beginning (where every computer have those), but will just turn black and never gets to the desktop. Any clue what's wrong?
