Porting data from Palm Treo to Droid Intercept?

I currently have a Palm Treo 650 phone, but I am considering upgrading to the Droid Intercept. Is there a way to directly port my data over from the old phone to the new phone? I would not want to re-enter my calendar, contacts, memos, or to do lists.

    Usually when I've gotten a new phone I just take it and my old phone to the store (like Verizon, sprint, etc.) and they will usually transfer all your contacts, pictures, and calenders onto your new phone.

    It definitely saves a lot of time not having to do it yourself.
