If you know their username then google search it like this
'username+yahoo answers'
That should give you links to their profile page....hopefully

Put his username in the box right above this: "Search Y! Answers" then click "newest", then click on his answer or question and click on his username. If he has a public profile you can see his answers and questions.

We don't have that feature on Yahoo Answers.
