I also have a dairy intollerance and I'm pregnant, and I drink Lactaid milk. I can't stand soy milk, but Lactaid milk is a little better. I don't really drink it alone, but I eat it on my cereal. If you aren't a cereal eater, then you should try to at least eat a bowl a day (they have delicious cereal out there!).The Lactaid that I buy says that it has twice as much calcium as milk, so you don't have to drink as much to get your daily value. I didn't like Lactaid milk that much at first, but I got used to it (its a lot better than soy milk). If you have it on your cereal, you can't even tell it isn't milk. Good Luck!

Check with your doctor before taking Calcium supplemental pills. Calcium rich foods which are non-dairy include salmon, collared greens, tofu, rhubarb, and sardines.

Source(s): I needed to take in extra calcium when I was pregnant as well.
