just recently have been quite ill from it!! and my stomach keeps bloating out, i have a wheat n gluten intollerence my dr ha=s always said that i can have as im not alergic but for the last 3 months have been really ill from it!! i really need help as im also sufferin from constipation and that causes me tummy pains which makes me paranoid!!

i know that all is ok with the pregnancy its just the ibs so any ideas on food that would help would be appriciated xx

hi im 9 weeks pregnant and suffer from ibs, dairy is a big no no for me and im worried the baby wont get enough calcuim, i have asked for a appointment to see the dietician!! so just gotta wait for that.........can anyone give me advice on how to increase my calcuim levels.........am takin pregnancy vitamins, cant have regular milk or yogurt or butter, i have soya milk wiv cereal but couldnt drink it as its not that nice xx

hi me n hubby are ttc have been since end of march!! we had sex wen i was ovulatin n now my period is 5 days late, been feelin tired n had slight sickness. do u think i could be pregnant??

my periods are regular and every 28 days, have been tested for ovulation and dr says im definately fertile........wat do u think??

probally too early to know. ovulated between day 11 and 16th of nov had sex every ova day over that period, had a small amount of spottin between 7 to 10 days later. .also the day my period was due was experiencing some pains in my pelvic region like a ache, my period was due 4 days ago im quite bloated been feelin a lil nauseous tired n lightheaded....was wonderin if i concieved over that period. i am married we have 2 children already so this isnt my first potential time also had a misscarraige almost 3 yrs ago have been tryin for a baby since march 2010

i have been suffering from ibs for last few months but im also trying to cvoncieve does anyone know if this can effect ttcv whether it can delay it??

hi was wonderin if u ovulte the same time each month!!! last month i ovulated the 15th of the month, im not really havin any signs of comin close to it!! no period like sysmptoms ........the only positive sign is a increase in my sex drive!! can u go through a month with no ovulation??

i know that leading up to ovulation its 5 days but how long does the phase of raw egg white last for wen ur at ur highest fertility point??

is it best to have sex on the 15th day when ur mucas is like raw egg white texture or the days leading up to this??

hey all have been ttc since end of january and so far no go, i already have 2 children and fell with them within 3 months am startin to feel a lil low as cant work out why im not pregnant yet as in the past it happened so easily!! everywhere i look isee pregnant people and i am pleased for these people but feel a lil disheartened for myself!! i rencently brought the clear blu fertility monitor and due to start using it by the 14th of this month!! i just hope that this works for me and improves my chances xx

hi have been TTC since the february 2010 and just recently i went out and brought the clear blue fertility monitor i read the book n it seems very straightforward. im not in a huge rush to fall pregnant but would like to fall pregnant by next year!! has anyone brought the clear blue fertility monitor and did u concieve whilst using it did it take long??

hi am feelin a lil confused.i march i had a 31 day cycle i was due on the 12th but didnt come on my period untill the 17th so 5 days late my period seemed normal!! then on the 14th day of my cycle i started testing with ovulation strips which was the 30th of march and i tested everyday up untill 11th of april by which i sort of gave up!! but then i came on my period the 13th of april.i dont feel as if i ovulated in that time so am a lil confused unless i ovulated ibefore the 14th day.

so that makes this cycle a 28 day cycle instead of leaving it till the 14th day of the cycle should i start testing as soon as my period finishes.

me and my husband are ttc i have 2 children already and have had a miscarraige inbetween each one!! my last 3 pregnancys i fell really quickly thats why im feelin a lil confused...........wat would u suggest any ideas or help will be appriciated!!

hi i have been testing everyday with the ovulation sticks i had a 31 day cycle so it said that i should test from the 14th day and i have been doing that since the 30th march so am now on day 25 of my cycle and still not ovulating should i be concernedabout this?? as we are TTC i dont know what else i can do any advice would be appriciated xx

hi i was wondering whether you still ovulate each month if your pregnant......even in early pregnancy. i should be ovulating now but no signs, but i have really tender n sore breasts mild period pains in my back probally doesnt mean anything but am trying to concieve so did wonder xx

i read in books and on here that ur most fertile wen you ovulate which should be the 14th day of your cycle, im on day 14 today and no sign of ovulation...........should i be concerned about this? as i have been waiting for day 14. me and my hsband have been having regular sex leading up to me ovulating but i wanted to make sure that we had sex the right time and have not missed it at all x

hi for the last 3 months my cycle has been 28 days but this month my period was late so its 32 days, based on my 28 day cycle i was supposed to be most fertile from the 28th of march to the 2nd of april but because my period was late am not sure wen i would be most fertile with the most chance of concieving does anyone have any ideas??

also it says wen ur ttc to have regular sex how much sex is regular sex?? we do it 3 x per week is that enough??

me and my huband are trying to concieve and have been getting pregnancy symptoms, my period was 10 days late but did come on, im now into the 3rd day of my period and im still having some symptoms i have sickness still and have like butterfly feeling in my stomach and my breasts have been aching too and am off of certain foods too.....i thought that now im on my period that the symptoms would go away!! wen i have my periods i dont usually have these symptoms, am feelin confused.....do i just wait to my next period n see if i come on??
