Arular should not be in there. It's a great album, but it's not good enough and hip-hop is one of many genres it flirts with but doesn't stick to.
The Black Album should be replaced by Reasonable Doubt. I suppose it's part of Jay-Zs perceived 'golden three', but for me it's overrated and Jay-Z has done better work - American Gangster & In My Lifetime + I can make a case for those albums.
ATLiens is far better than Stakonia and more cohesive than Aquemini...
Eminem does not deserve 3 albums in this list (let alone 2, or 1...).
Hip-Hop Is Dead?! I actually think it's one ofr Nas' top 3 albums, but Illmatic was a landmark album musically and in terms of hip-hop's evolution and Stillmatic was a crucial turning point in Nas career and has some sublime production...
Be is overrated as **** and was topped by Finding Forever - again I can make a case for this. Like Water For Chocolate and Resurrection is Common at his hungriest (and best).
Nice to see Scarface in there, definitely agree with The Diary...
Other than that, no real surprises. It's ok, but kind of shallow and WAY TOO A-TYPICAL. De La Soul & N.W.A. are gaping absentees...

Not bad...but no Birdman so it's not the greatest list. You do have a good taste in music though. The albums you have listed are all really good and most are probably classics.
