Stop it? Absolutely nothing! Expand it and keep it expanding for generations to come? As much as they thought they could possibly get away with. It will be up to the 112th Congress to stop it. and no possibility of reversal until the 113th Congress and a Republican president.

They made a compromise with the Republicans to extend the Bush tax cuts and extend unemployment benefits to the tune of $800 billion. They passed the health care bill....
