ok... so.. I want to chat with my friend on hotmail. AND i also have a hotmail. But when we conect online and try to chat it says that we r both offline. what is the problem and how can i fix this??

you can chat on hotmail on windows live Messenger

Yoou have to download Windows Live Messenger, here is a link- http://www.microsoft.com/canada/windows/cloud/
Click the Get Started Tab, Good luck =)

Log in to www.hotmail.com and then go to Messenger, sign in to Messenger. If that doesn't work you can try e-buddy or windows live.
