3 weeks after some risky behavior i got a hoarse voice, swollen lymph nods in my neck, and a cough with green mucus, no other symptoms like fever, rash or headache were present

If you are concerned enough to post here,get a blood test in 3 months time.HIV can sometimes show no symptoms at all for a prolonged period.It often presents with a flue like fever after infection,but not in all cases.

I wouldn't worry about it too much if you don't have a rash. A rash is a pretty common acute HIV symptom. Also, oral thrush is a big one, and if you don't have any signs of that, I wouldn't stress.

It sounds like you have probably picked up a winter virus.
Take some paracetamol and get some rest, perhaps you should see your GP and get some antibiotics - as for the risky behaviour, only time will tell :-(

It takes years for HIV to affect your immune system to the point where it starts to develop into AIDS. You do not have AIDS from behavior you engaged in three weeks ago.
