Can't unlock my phone ! HELP ?

I got my dad's old phone it's a motorola Q. My dad locked and set a password but he forgot. And the phone is from telus so it doesn't have a SIM card so I can't change that. Any help on how I can unlock it. Preferably for cheap cost. HELP !?!?!?!?!?!?

    If you need to change the Sim card means if it locked means You need to use the Subsidy Password to Unlock it from the Telus Canada Network....You can get the Unlock code at here

    http://www.unlocking4u.com/motorola-q/rs6wp9/ and Unlock the Motorola Q from the Network Lock,,,,If it Security password means get it from the service provider....

    call the service provider and get the Master reset code and Unlock it.
