What is the best free photo-editing program/ download for PC?
I am well into photography, and would like a different program to use
I am using a laptop so anything simpler would be nice, but i could try anything.
I use Windows 7 Starter on a Toshiba Mini Netbook

GIMP is probably the best full version program for free, but it isn't very easy to use. There are plenty of online tutorials to help you though:
and if your looking for almost prof. photo editing program...go to http://online-image-converter.com/ It is an online version, but there are lots of image conversion and resize possibilities. In case you need even more options, try this software: http://imageconverterplus.com/ I think you can use it for free (maybe with the watermark appearing or something). But it has all a photographer needs.

PhotoFiltre or Gimp.
Personally, I use PhotoFiltre because it's easier to navigate and the loading time is shorter than Gimp's.
