Is a tanning bed worse than me being out on the beach most of the day? I'm not fair skinned and do not burn easy.

Also, how long is okay to be in a booth for safely?

My boyfriend went to a party, and let's say wasnt sober. There was a friend of our there that took advantage of Him a Few days ago, and we're really trying to get over this. I have uncolored hair, that is a slightly grown out pixie. I do not use heat on my hair. I don't have fine hair, I have thicker (ahem, Asian) hair. I use hair masks weekly, and shampoo twice a week. I use clip in extensions daily, and only for about 8-10 hours a day. What I Am wondering is if these have/ will affect the growth, thickness, or overall health of my hair?

I have used each type, but I'm wondering which would cause my skin to be better. I have combination skin (dry in the cheeks, oily toward my forehead) and extremely sensitive skin. Any brand reccomendations? Would liquid or powder be preferable?
