TOMS shoes????Help???

Dont get me wrong but they hurt the heel of my feet! Why is this? I really like them but it bothers my heel. When i wore them to the mall it was bothering me but i just tried to ignore it.. Then at the end of the day i took them off and me heels were slightly red.

    Well you should cut your toenails really short.

    It helps trust me.
