If by reattached, you mean repositioning the ferrule, you can do that yourself.
If this is actual repair, the cost varies by location and workman. Someone who routinely repairs school instruments will charge at a different rate than someone who maintains the instruments of soloists;
Check with the local schools, public or secondary, that have music departments and see who they use. Check with the a luthier if there is one in your area.
