How do you make a playlist on youtube?

Click your username then select Account.

Then click Videos and Playlists.

On the left-hand side, you'll see Playlists, with a button that says +New

Click on it, put in the information and click create playlist.

You can then click on the playlist name to further edit it (make it public or private etc)

Then you just go to the video that you want to add to the playlist, click on the Add To link, and select the playlist that you just created.

If you want it to show up on your channel, go to your channel page, click on Videos and Playlists and on the right-hand side you'll see "Which of your playlists would you like to display?" Check the box(es) of the one(s) that you want to show, and click Save Changes.
