He will be fine, just feed him right before you go. He will also still be tame. Just make sure your heat source stays on and the cage is locked so no escapes.

I wouldn't. The reason being that ALL snakes should have their water changed every 2-4 days, as the water can get dirty and bacteria may grow in it, resulting in expensive vet bills for you to pay. Although the snake would be perfectly fine without food for almost two weeks, Im sure he wont enjoy it. It is probably a better idea to ask a family member or friend to let him stay at their house. All they'd have to do is change the water a couple times, feed him once, maybe twice, and turn his heat lamps on and off(if he has any). In this situation, the risks outweigh the benefits, so I wouldn't advise leaving him alone for twelve days. He will still be tame, but make sure to start handling him again as soon as you come home(if you decide to leave him, that is). The first time you pick him up, he may be a bit nippy and skittish, but it will go away after a couple days. I really don't think you should leave him alone for that long, but ultimately it's up to you.
