Yes, I am. I was 9, almost 10 (my birthday is in November) and in 4th grade, so I'm old enough to remember and I was old enough to understand at least a little what was going on. I was really scared and sad because I knew that tons of people had died. At first I didn't understand why it happened or why someone would do that, but I remember my mom explaining the terrorists to me. That was definitely a horrible day. And I only lived about an hour away from the Pentagon and literally like ten minutes away from Dulles Airport (where the flight that hit the Pentagon departed from) at the time. So it was scary and I remember a few days after, whenever I heard planes flying over us I got scared and worried that the terrorists were back and they were going to crash the plane near my house.
