Sturm vs. Hearns; who wins?

No, this is not a fantasy match-up. The son of Thomas Hearn, Ronald Hearns gets a title shot against Felix Sturm on February 19th. How do you see this match playing out?

I see Sturm jabbing from the onset, and keeping Hearns off balance. In the middle rounds I see Sturm landing more jabs, and more jabs, and Hearns being hesitant to throw punches. I think that Sturm will win a very comfortable decision in the 118-110 range, or maybe even a late stoppage if the oppurtunity presents itself and Felix goes for it. Hearns basically lives off of his name, I've seen him fight a few times and he is okay but nowhere near anything special. Sturm should definitely win this one.

Sadly Ronald isn't his father, I think the veteran Sturm wins a UD or late TKO.

This is a huge step up in competition for Ronald, I think he is in over his head. I got Felix Strum as the favorite and Ronald Hearns as the underdog. Age might be a factor for Strum, and Ronald isn't anywhere close to the puncher his father Thomas was, so this one is very interesting. It will all boil down to how much Strum as left and how much Ronald has improved since I last saw him fight. If I had to pick the winner, I would lean towards Strum.

Last time I saw Hearns was on shobox getting KTFO by Joe Yorgey, any way Sturm by lop sided UD or late stoppage.

Sturm is a veteran and way too experienced, having fought great fighters like Oscar dela Hoya. Ronald Hearns ain't got his father's skill and power.
