What to wear to New Years eve college party?

Wear something nice, something comfortable, and something fashionable. A question you could ask yourself while deciding if it's too fancy, is "What else would I wear this to?" Something you would wear to a bar with your friends, or to a holiday family gathering, or to a job interview for a small job would work. If it's something you would wear to buy groceries, or a wedding or a funeral are a NO.

Cocktail dress, dressy top, or wear a nice jacket with whatever you want under it. Just don't remove the jacket.
