The 80/10/10 raw vegan diet?
I'm becoming increasingly intrigued by this whole way of eating and would really like to know more about it. I haven't read the book yet, although I plan to. I've watched countless videos and read countless blog conversations but I'm still skeptical. It's hard for me to believe that a person can eat this way without any supplementation whatsoever and not develop any nutritional deficiencies. I'd really appreciate some feedback from people who have firsthand experience with this way of eating. So what's the real deal?? Thank you and happy new year

That's not advisable, your body needs stuff like meats, seafood, and dairy, eating raw anything for an extended amount of time is unhealthy.
