how do i open a protected book on my nook? Please help me!?
I bought 2 ebooks with my nook and after i downloaded them says cant open a protected document.
It ask for my card name and number but after i give that it still will not open.
Am i missing something/doing something wrong

If you haven't authorized Adobe Digital Editions, that's probably the problem. If you're using a gift card and don't have a valid debit or credit card on file with Barnes and Noble, that's a whole other problem. Nook is the only one that requires a debit or credit card, even if you never buy any paid content, even if you plan to always pay with gift cards. Without that debit or credit card, Nook is just a shiny paperweight. If neither of these resolves your problem, there's a number for support in the quick start guide and on their web site. I'd suggest that you call and get help from B&N support.
