Potter Puppet Pals Question?

Two questions, answers to either would be appreciated especially #1

1: How do i make a potter puppet pals puppet? I want to build a set but need instructions and cant find any.

2: Is there any online ways to make a Potter Puppet Pals video?

    I love Potter Puppet Pals! My favorites might be "Bothering Snape", "Trouble at Hogwarts", "Wizard Angst", "The Mysterious Ticking Noise", and "Wizard Swears." (Dumbledore's Elder Swear continues to be caught in my head.) ^_^
