how to cook chicken brest?

i got some chicken brest in the freezer and have no idea what to do with it i need something real simple cause ive just figured out how to make white rice i moved away from my mom like two months ago and i cant cook for sh ** but i really want to learn tryin to get a girl that knows how to cook

i hate the food channel cause i feel like they rub stuff that ill never have in my face

    I am assuming the breast is boneless and skinless? If not, debone it and remove the skin.

    This is a VERY SIMPLE dish, but it makes a HUGE impression.... Chicken Scallopini.

    Ingredients

    4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves

    4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    1/3 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1/2 cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth

    1/2 cup dry white wine

    4 teaspoons capers

    1 tablespoon butter

    Directions

    Add salt and pepper to breadcrumbs and stir together. Put breadcrumbs onto a dinner plate or into a ziploc bag, set aside.

    Place two chicken breast halves into a ziploc bag, remove air, and seal; pound to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Do the same with the other two breast halves.

    Pour the lemon juice onto a dinner plate and coat both sides of chicken with juice. Dredge chicken in breadcrumbs.

    Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to pan; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. Remove from pan; keep warm.

    Add broth and wine to pan, and cook two minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in capers and butter.

    === You can serve this atop a bed of rice.

    You can grill chicken breast seasoned with lemon pepper or seasons of your choice or bbq sauce.

    Herbed lemon chicken. Make a marinade out of the juice of one lemon, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chili pepper flakes, 1 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp water. Let chicken marinade for an hour or two and grill.

    Marinade it in a teriyaki sauce and grill to serve over your rice.

    Cube chicken. Season with garlic salt and brown it in some hot oil. Place the chicken (about a cup and a half cubed) in a casserole dish. Add in 1/2 to 3/4 cup uncooked rice, a can of cream of chicken soup and a can of chicken broth. Stir in some thyme and a bay leaf. Cover casserole and bake in pre heated 350 degree oven for about an hour, until rice is cooked. If you have some fresh green beans or celery, they also go well in this casserole.

    Wrap a piece of bacon around the chicken breast and grill in the oven. That and the rice go great with Killer Caribbean Sauce.

    Just plain chicken in a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet comes out nicely. Defrost the chicken first. Set the stove on medium-high heat. Do not flip repeatedly, but instead let it sit on one side until it is nicely browned, about 15 minutes, then flip. That, rice and a vegetable is a good meal.

    BTW, if you can make decent rice, you're doing better than most kids.

    Put in a Frying pan, put some teriaki sauce in it, and cook it on medium heat, Flip it after a bit, and once it's done, serve it, and enjoy...

    Google it. Find a video on youtube. So easy. Why do people come on yahoo answers when it's so easy to search "How to cook chicken"

    just put oil n sprinkle pepper n lemon juice itll come out good hats the easiest i can think
