Same seeds of different sizes?
can sumone please mention some seeds that appear in different sizes and start germinating very quickly, maybe within one or two days. sunflower seeds can be of different sizes, but they take time to germinate.

I'd recommend mung beans.
Cress seeds are also possible: they germinate quickly, but because they are all so small the size differences might be hard to measure.
Whichever seed you go for, keeping them warm will speed things up.

If you have the patience and skill to peel orange seeds, they might germiante in a couple of days.

"germinate in two days"
(including the quotation marks)? It should give you some interesting links.
