How to remove my details.?
This is a question on how to no longer have contact with yahoo questions,to no longer receive questions from anyone.
I have asked yahoo questions,but got no reply that made Sense.
I want for my user name and email to be removed,and to hopefully have no further contact with yahoo questions or appeals.
Due to the community and what they call the appeal team,i have stated to yahoo questions i want my details removed from questions and answers.
Reason why,because they do not understand what was clear to me.
I replied to a girls question,that its only questions on relationships and family i answer.
Because of saying that,the community,whoever you are,reported my reply as a violation,when i appealed,they treated me unfairly.
So i will no longer answer anymore questions,even though i love helping others.
But if the community and the so called appeal team treat me unfairly,i want no more than my details removed,and hope someone else will give the right advice,like i did many times.
To all those i helped,i wish you all the happiness and love you want.
But i am not one to be treated by yahoo appeal and some of the community in the wrong manner.

There is only so much you can do.
You can come to the site and remove OPEN questions - or your answers on OPEN questions.
If questions are in voting or resolved, you can't remove them, or your answers to them.
You can click "Edit My Preferences" on your Yahoo Answers profile page, select "Privacy & Communication" and turn everything off there that you can. You can remove all your contacts (assuming you have some).
Then, just leave.
If you get any further emails from Yahoo Answers, just mark them SPAM - and that will stop them.

I'm assuming that you're saying you're about to call it quits. If so, just go to your profile > edit my prefferences > about me. You can completely erase everything in the "about me" section... And that's about it. When you have a Yahoo! email adress you are already allowed access to Answers. You can't delete your answers account without deleting your entire Yahoo!.
