Help!! Please help! Spilled Tea on Laptop and IPhone 4?

Question

I got in bed and brushed my tea table slightly and the tea cup came falling down onto the laptop - it went everywhere on my keyboard,iPhone 4 which I bought! The laptop was on for a few seconds plugged into the main so I took it of quickly turned over the laptop started wiping ,took out the battery. For about 20 left it to dry turned it back on it won't come on - and my IPhone when I make calls I can't hear them unless I put it on loudspeaker. I'm freaking out now. it's the new Hp ive had it since November 2010- it's under the radiator now on a cushion and the radiators not very hot. Is it over I have my life on there ,dissertation,thesis, everything, everything. What do I do? If I can repair it how much will it cost? I'm so confused and scared I've lost all my data. It was green mint tea with Brown sugar - please help me.

Thank you so much- I'm praying and i'll call hp first thing in the morning- unfortunately insurance and warranty doesn't cover spills and with the recent vat increase (I'm in London) I have no idea what damage this will do to my bank balance- thanks again I will do and try anything -

Oh NO! I'm so sorry! Totally sounds like something that would happen to me. My mother-in-law dropped her phone in the sink full of water before. She called Verizon and they told her to put it in a baggy with some rice for a few days. It dried it out and fixed it! I would call your service companies of each and ask what they recommend!!

Turn upside down (so the liquid doesn't flow through the electronics), remove battery and disconnect from power, pray for 2 days.

Check devices after 2 days to see if your diety favors you.
