How should I gain some weight?
The thing is I run high school cross country and track, so I don't know how to gain weight and mantain that weight without losing it the second I pick running back up. (I'm on a break right now-until June)
I want to gain about 10 or 12 pounds everywhere; stomach, arms, legs. What are some foods I should eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for in between the meals. I'm talking about healthy foods, not chips and chocolate and candy, etc.

eat soups and lots of whole grain pasta and tomato sauce and u should gain some weight cause there is carbs but ur still getting grains and fruit from the tomato
