Non-crumble Digestive base for cheesecake?

I've made this cheesecake a few times, but the base is always so crumbly! Should I put it in the fridge before I put the filling on top? Or add some water or something?

Update:

Yes I put in the butter, but I'll try putting it in the fridge first :)

its a fine balance with the mix. in the fridge to set it will help. how i cracked it was to get 6 or so small bases , each had a bit more butter/crumb ratio than the last and made them all up at the same time.you will figure out which mix is best using this method. also , make sure the biscuit crumb is good and fresh. happy cooking.

Do you add a little melted butter to help hold the base together? Then stick it in the fridge until it sets. I don't think you should add water though, might make the base soggy and change the taste.

a million/2 hour no situation in refrigerator(use a tablespoon of water on your combination with the digestives and butter/marg will provide a extra useful set...additionally use a common chocolate biscuit for some thing somewhat diverse)

Mix the base with melted butter, it should help it to stick together
