Why can't i post on craigslist?

Question

i used to be able to post on this popular site every now and then. but recently, i have not been able to. This is what happens:
 put my return email address (remaining anonymous course),after i compose by ad, then click continue, review the ad next page, then, 'continue again, this time to 'agree with the terms of use', then continue to the next page where anti-spam images are supposed to appear and for me to type those letters to finalize the ad. right here, the images do not appear and i get a prompt that the 'page is done with error"
any1 who experienced such problem and solved it is requested to help me.

Check your ad for the most common Craigslist problems.  Too many commas will cause problems. Spammers enter lots of "keywords" with commas in between.
Put the features of your item in a vertical column at the left side with no commas.
Do not post a link in your ad.
Do not mention another website in your ad.
Do not post your private email in the ad. You can put a phone number.
Make sure you have the correct price in the price box.
Take out things like "New in the box" because spammers use that.
Take out L@@K or !-!-!  if you have them.

Go to forums.craigslist.org if you still can't get your ad posted.

see if you can find a help or contact them button. I wrote to them & everything was fine after that. Then I placed an ad for my organizing business & all I got was about 10 phony people who ended up in my spam filiter so if you know anyone who wants to organize anything I can do that over the phone. Good luck with getting through. I think you will see it will work out.
