Which "REV" Nerf gun should I buy?
With the release of the Spectre Rev-5 and the Barricade Rev-10, I was wondering which Rev Nerf blaster I should purchase next, keeping in mind the Maverick Rev-6 is also a contender. I want to add a Rev gun to my arsenal. Personal experience, gathered research and value for money opinions welcome.

If you're skimping for money, the Maverick would be the best choice ($9). It holds more darts than the Spectre and has more tactical rails than the other REV blasters. I presume it's also lighter than the other blasters. The Maverick is also accurate, though newbies may have some accuracy trouble. However, the Maverick has the lowest range (30 feet, tied with the Spectre), slowest firing rate (1 dart a second, also tied with the Spectre), and worst reliability (it jams frequently with Dart Tag darts).
If you can cough up a crazy amount of cash, the Firefly gets the most bang for your buck ($25). It comes with its own Glow darts that glow in the dark when the blaster is fired (you also get a bright muzzle flash light). There is also dart storage at the blaster rear. The Firefly is very accurate, has excellent range, and can get 2 darts a second. The blaster still jams with Dart Tag darts, though, and enemies can see you if you use the Glow darts!
If you have CS blasters like the Raider and the Deploy, you might want a Spectre. The price is somewhat moderate ($20) and so is the accuracy and reliability. The Spectre comes with attachments, namely a folding stock and a false suppressor, that you can attach to most of your CS blasters. Consequently, your CS blaster attachments can fit the Spectre! However, it shares its range and firing rate problems with the Maverick, can only be found in Wal-mart, and has the lowest ammo capacity (5 darts).
All right, last one. If you have three AA batteries, good for you: you've saved for the Barricade. It only costs $20, but its range goes 40 feet; it's semi-automatic; and gets good accuracy and the highest capacity (10 darts). It's also smaller than the Firefly and the Spectre. The batteries make the blaster somewhat heavy, though, and it's a bit noisy with its motor.
The verdict? Get a Maverick if you're under a tight budget, a Spectre if you want to add to your CS blaster accessories and can spare a dime, a Barricade if you can afford batteries, and a Firefly if you want to play at night when the power goes out. Sorry for the long answer!

Walmart, goal, Toysrus . . . The Recon goes the farthest angles without a barrel, in any other case it sucks. The longshot does about 35 angles and simplest about 25 or so flat. I don't own a longstrike however identification guess in regards to the identical as the recon. The Longstrike can keep both 3, 6-round mags or a drum and a couple of, 6-rounds, the place the longshot can hold 2 drums-70 darts. And you get the additional shotgun on the entrance of the longshot but it surely best holds one bullet and sucks. So i'd go with the Longshot. Attempt to to find it in crimson. If you want crimson u can get it at goal. Yellow or blue at walmart. The Longshot is 30-35 bucks PS u could additionally go for a Magstrike AS-10. Its simplest 20 dollars at target and has a ten round mag. With about 20 pumps that factor can get about 70 ft stock with the screamers it comes with. It would be way more usefull then a sniper
