what should i do about this girl?

im in high school (if that helps) and i have a crush on this girl and i think she has a crush on me
we know each other really well and she knows that i like her. me and her said we liked each other in the past but we got into a bit of arguments as well in the past but its all said and done with now and we
are best friends right now but she said she likes my other best friend but shes not so sure about wanting to go out with him becuse my best friend said he liked this one girl but now he likes the girl   
i like so he is switching around his likes becuse he wants the oppurtunity to get a girlfriend (my best friend has never had a girlfriend before) hes kinda a lecher about girls but anyways what should i do? should i try to go heart to heart with her and ask her out? should i wait before asking her out? probably consult my friend about this. what should i do? i am a really nice guy and i want to know what to do otherwise im afraid i might hurt my friend or the girl i like..

It is good of you to consider your friend as he should consider you also.  I would talk it over with your friend because girls are going to come in and out of your lives but friends last forever.  See if you both can figure it out between you.  If you and the girl are best friends you already have a good start with her but remember if the relationship doesn't work out it could strain the friendship.  You have many issues that really make this a hard one.  Good luck I hope everything works out for you.

Just let her and be the bigger man... Shell come back... Iff u can act like ur always be there for her even iff she duz go out with him then she will see ur diffrent and like u once more.
